Wildlife in our Backyard

We live in a very unique place in the City, where we are in the heart of the city, yet we are surrounded by the beauty of nature. We have a gorgeous Waterfall two blocks from us, we have parks that go on for miles and yet, we live across the street from the train station and only a few miles from Downtown. My favorite part, however is that we have a very woodland-y backyard! I have been trying to get stuff done around the house this morning, but I didn't get too much done because I was so distracted by all the animals posing outside for me! The bluebirds were too fast for me to catch and the squirrel was a little too fast he ended up blurry, but cute squirrel nonetheless !!

Lots of New Stuff up on Etsy ... and More to Come!

Now that our wedding has passed & every waking free moment isn't spend planning, contacting vendors and DIY'ing wedding stuff, I finally have time again to keep my Etsy shop up to date! I've added a bunch of new prints and will soon be working on making new cards! Check back often - its my goal to update with new products at least once a week! Labor Day in LA

My husband & I spent labor day weekend in LA with some family & friends.

Here we are in Hollywood! You can BARELY see the Hollywood sign behind us!

married!

July 28th I married my best friend! We got married at the Church of St. Albert the Great in South Minneapolis and had our reception at the MN History Center. We could not have had a more gorgeous day, surrounded by more gorgeous guests with the most gorgeous backdrop! We have the most amazing friends and family who have supported us over the past five years! The Sunday after our wedding we had an informal BBQ at the Tony Schmitt Park in Roseville. I can't wait to get our professional photographs from the ever so talented and sweet Leah Maria Photography.
