married!

July 28th I married my best friend! We got married at the Church of St. Albert the Great in South Minneapolis and had our reception at the MN History Center. We could not have had a more gorgeous day, surrounded by more gorgeous guests with the most gorgeous backdrop! We have the most amazing friends and family who have supported us over the past five years! The Sunday after our wedding we had an informal BBQ at the Tony Schmitt Park in Roseville. I can't wait to get our professional photographs from the ever so talented and sweet Leah Maria Photography.

Flaskback!

In looking through some of my past work, I realized that I didn't post some of my favorite photos that I took! Last summer I was so honored to take engagement photos for my gorgeous sister and her fiancé {now husband}.  They have always lived in uptown and so it was just so fitting that we walked around the lakes, their favorite spot. VCCS Fall Craft Show

Today I spent the day at the Valley Crossing Community School for their 2nd Annual Fall Craft Show. I will say, this was one of the better shows I've done for many reason. They did a good really good job getting a variety of vendors -- there was only 1 other photographer there! They also let the vendors pre-order food, and they delivered it to our booths for us! I got breakfast & lunch delivered right to my table!! And they also had some volunteers pushing a cart around throughout the day with snacks & beverages. 

One of the best things about this show was that there was a constant flow of people -- and people were ready to shop! I will be participating in this event next year for sure - and I would recommend it to any fellow artists out there!

Lovin' the Fall Colors

My fiancé & I were getting ready to take our Engagement photos - so I had to scout out the perfect location! Luckily I had my camera when I stumbled upon this beauty in South Minneapolis. It was so amazingly gorgeous I knew we just had to take our engagement photos here. The colors were exquisite and it is the perfect backdrop for some lovey-dovey photos :) I just love fall & this is my new favorite place.

Bachman's Gathering of Friends

Last weekend I went to the Bachman's Gathering of Friends antique sale. I was amazed with all of the gorgeous treasures people were selling!! It was a fabulous place to shop, spend the day & take some beautiful photographs!

Summer in the City
